I am writing my PhD on ‚Democracy, Justice and the Long-term – Designing Institutions for the Future‘ at the University of Warwick, supervised by Simon Caney and Keith Hyams. My thesis aims to combine insights from democratic theory and intergenerational justice, as well as theories of risk and institutions to answer the question of how democracies should be reformed in order to overcome ‘wrongful short-termism.‘
